Responsibilities Assess, plan, and provide nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions and wellness strategies. Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records adhering to confidentiality and legal policies.
