Admissions Nurse (RN) – Detox & Behavioral Health

Full-Time -Day Shift

Now Hiring: Admissions Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Admissions Nurse to join our detox and residential treatment team. This role is responsible for completing nursing assessments, coordinating admissions, and helping clients safely begin treatment in a supportive behavioral health environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing intake assessments and admissions

• Obtain vitals, medication history, and medical history

• Conduct urine drug screens and admission testing

• Coordinate admissions with medical and clinical teams

• Monitor clients during intake and identify medical concerns

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation

• Provide compassionate and professional client care throughout the admissions process

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN  license in good standing

• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Detox, behavioral health, psych, ER, or addiction treatment experience preferred but not required
