First year commissions generally around $25,000 & top performers in our agency made $15,000 in additional commission last year. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best advice. Requirements Active Kansas Life and Health Insurance Producer License (or willingness to obtain). Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine desire to help people protect their futures.
