As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store and the OMNI experience, promote and sell product lines, and support the team in maintaining a clean, tidy sales floor, back‑of‑house and retail operations. A Day in the Life At H&Ms, no two days are the same. A typical day includes: Welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience, offering direct customer service. Engaging customers in conversations to provide a high‑quality shopping experience. Guiding customers through fashion trends, stories, and product details across all areas of the store. Effectively promoting and selling our products to customers. Actively promoting the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and sustainability initiatives. Representing yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions. Collaborating with store management to reach sales targets and support commercial/operational actions. Keeping up‑to‑date with fashion trends, brands, and competitors. Maintaining garment care, fitting room operation, checkout procedures, and visual merchandising according to guidelines. Ensuring good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor. Supporting the opening and closing of the store, and following health and safety guidelines. Qualifications Passionate about fashion and providing excellent customer service. Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, decisiveness, and action‑oriented. Experience in sales and customer service within a dynamic retail environment. Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or related service‑oriented industries. Comfortable engaging customers and driving sales. Compensation & Status Hourly, Non‑Exempt. Pay rate: $14.50 per hour. EEOC Code: SLS.
