CNC Lathe Machinist

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

We're looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team. If you have setup experience, can read blueprints, and enjoy producing high-quality precision parts, we'd like to talk with you.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Verify part quality and dimensional accuracy
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Operate mills and other shop equipment as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC lathe setup and operating experience
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with precision measuring instruments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

Preferred Experience

• Doosan and Puma CNC machines
• Mill operation
• Fabrication or assembly experience
• High-mix or fast-paced manufacturing environments

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of BLAINE, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
