At Hershey, we are committed to making a meaningful difference in the communities where we live, work, and do business.Job OverviewReporting to the Manager of Controls & Security Tech Solutions, the Senior Controls Engineer leads the development and execution of medium to high complexity capital projects.AccountabilitiesWhat will you do?Lead the design, selection, installation, and commissioning of control systems and automated equipmentDevelop and assess control systems for manufacturing environmentsManage small capital projects including scope, cost, and scheduleEnsure compliance with industrial control network and cybersecurity standardsSupport startup, optimization, and troubleshootingPartner cross-functionally across engineering, operations, and vendorsTrain manufacturing and maintenance teamsMinimum RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldAdditional Qualifications:PLC/PAC programming (Rockwell, Siemens)HMI/SCADA (FactoryTalk, Ignition)Knowledge of instrumentation and control systemsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to travel (~30%+)Benefits and Perks:Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCareer development opportunitiesThe Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
