• Welcome and register guests for resort presentations
• Create a high-energy, professional first impression
• Guide guests through arrival and check-in experience
• Coordinate guest flow with Sales Leaders
• Gather guest travel preferences and interests
• Ensure a smooth, seamless handoff to Sales Executives

Phase 1: Tour Guide
Learn the business, gain confidence, and complete your Arizona Real Estate License (we reimburse you)

Phase 2: Sales Executive
Present vacation ownership opportunities, close deals, and unlock uncapped earning potential
