Ideal candidates are comfortable performing emergency surgical procedures and thrive in a collaborative ER setting. Current Hospital Hours Weekdays: Overnight (6 PM-8 AM) Weekends: 24 hours Expanding toward 24/7 coverage with a rotating schedule Compensation & Benefits $220,000-$250,000 base salary 24% production Customized signing bonus Nationwide relocation assistance $3,000 CE allowance Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match Why AEC AEC is an AAHA-accredited emergency hospital serving the community since 1974, now operating from a modern 10,000 sq. ft. purpose-built ER facility .
