About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Multifamily Construction to lead and expand its operations in the Southeast. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the multifamily construction division, including overseeing multiple regional teams, developing operational infrastructure, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, complex projects on schedule and within budget. Key responsibilities for this executive role include leading and growing construction operations across several markets, maintaining full P&L accountability, and building strong relationships with developers, owners, and strategic clients. The SVP will also be tasked with mentoring and developing senior leaders, driving operational excellence, and collaborating with executive leadership on business planning and market expansion. Applicants for the Senior Vice President position should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive leadership experience in multifamily construction, with a proven track record of executive leadership and full P&L responsibility. The role requires a candidate with an extensive background in leading ground-up multifamily and mixed-use developments, managing multiple offices or regions, and a strong ability to recruit and retain high-performing operational teams. A strategic mindset, exceptional client relationship skills, and a focus on operational excellence are essential. While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, capable of shaping the future of the organization and driving its continued growth and success.
