Responsibilities
- Deliver direct emergency nursing care to patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries
- Perform triage, initial assessment, continuous monitoring, and prioritization of care
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and established treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and respond to deteriorating conditions
- Document all care accurately in the EPIC EMR and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team
- Support safety and infection control protocols; participate in code/rapid response activities as needed

Requirements
- MA licensure active at time of submission or eligible for a temporary license
- 2+ years of ER nursing experience
- BLS—American Heart Association required; ACLS required; PALS or ENPC required
- TNCC preferred; MAB preferred
- EPIC EMR experience required
- No local travelers accepted; candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the assignment
- Onboarding includes dysrhythmia and medication tests administered via Zoom; one attempt to pass with an 85% threshold
- Ability to work in an ER setting and participate in fast-paced care environments
