Litigation Attorney (Las Vegas)

Job description: Growing PI firm in Las Vegas has a need for a Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigationPerform in-depth case analysis to evaluate liability and damagesDraft, review, and file litigation documents, including discovery, motions, and oppositions, including oppositions to motions for summary judgmentHandle negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counselMaintain strong client communication and provide consistent case updatesServe as first chair in civil jury trialsCollaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to develop litigation strategy and drive successful outcomes Qualifications: WHAT WERE LOOKING FORAttorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in CA and/or NV.7+ years of plaintiff personal injury experienceStrong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to plaintiff personal injury litigationExcellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal authorityExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to successfully manage cases and advocate for clients while achieving positive outcomesExperience conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing strategic legal guidanceAbility to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a team-oriented environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectivelyDemonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information appropriatelyBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Why is This a Great Opportunity: A lot of upside as they are really growingSalary Type : Annual SalarySalary Min : $ 210000Salary Max : $ 260000Currency Type : USD
