Spanish/English Field Sales Representative

Meet with prospective customers to explore and present digital product solutions in the K12 market. Achieve and exceed the sales revenue goal in assigned sales and operational expense budgets. Partner with the highest level of decision-makers within assigned districts to present broad Cengage solutions, including supplemental and library resources, to increase student achievement. Seek new solutions opportunities for growth, developing the market share in the sales territory. Participate in network building opportunities within the territory, including conferences, group presentations, and industry functions. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Proven record of consistent sales and goal achievement performance. Ability to establish, cultivate, and maintain effective working relationships with customers, internal business partners, colleagues, and management. Prioritizes territory activity to balance new business development with existing account growth. Maintain a home office and hours aligned with school schedules. Proven track record selling into K–12 schools or districts. Technology proficiency and the ability to converse with customers about online access and how technology can impact the classroom and support district initiatives. Skilled in constructing a strong pipeline, involving finding opportunities, validating leads, and planning optimally. Aptitude for operating in a changing environment that requires innovative ways and customized solutions to meet customer needs. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company’s variable Sales incentive compensation program. $52,000.00 - $67,600.00 USD Target Variable Compensation: Individual Target annually Actual incentive earnings are not guaranteed and may be more or less than the target amount based on achievement of performance goals and the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan.
