Job Description
As a Workplace Experience Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, which focuses on providing exceptional service to clients and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Issue visitor and parking passes while adhering to security protocols.
- Answer telephones professionally, create presentations, and speak to various-sized groups.
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
- Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and coordinate workplace services, including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
- Address inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a professional, customer service-driven manner.
- Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setting up and tearing down rooms, and delivering supplies.
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
- Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
- Communicate detailed and/or complicated information within the team, following specific directions from management.
- Utilize existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Proficiency in following basic work routines and standards.
- Effective communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
- Experience in administrative support and the use of PowerPoint is beneficial.
This position requires working on-site from 8-5 or 9-5, Monday through Friday, at the designated location in Seattle. The role involves interacting with a diverse range of individuals, necessitating a professional demeanor and adherence to security and emergency procedures. Dress code is business casual.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
