Triple Threat Consulting is looking for a Customer Relations Representative to join our team. We have a great relationship with our customer base, so we strive to serve them with the highest quality customer service and be the bridge for all their needs. This position is entry-level and no experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to promote products and services
• Represent clients with confidence and professionalism
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales results
• Manage and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Document interactions and update customer accounts as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven time management skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to create lasting relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service, retail and/or restaurant experience preferred
