- Conduct job evaluations, leveling assessments, market pricing analyses, and benchmark reviews using survey data.
- Maintain salary grades, pay structures, job codes, compensation records, and related program documentation.
- Support career framework administration and compensation governance activities.
- Process and audit compensation transactions within GHR/Infor and validate employee, organizational, and compensation data.
- Develop recurring compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics that support decision-making.
- Perform pay equity, compression, range penetration, workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, accrual, audit, survey, and compliance-related analyses.
- Respond to compensation mailbox and support requests, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
- Support special projects and other compensation initiatives aligned to the Compensation team's objectives and goals.
What You Bring
