Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns
- Perform triage assessments, fetal monitoring, and non-stress tests as needed
- Serve as the second nurse at deliveries and manage overflow patients
- Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care
- Monitor for and respond to complications during labor, birth, or postpartum recovery
- Document care, maintain accurate records, and ensure privacy and safety standards

Requirements
- Labor-trained Registered Nurse
- Certifications: NRP, STABLE, and Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or above)
- Prior labor and delivery nursing experience
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced obstetric setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
