Senior Manager, Social Media

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, digitally driven consumer health and wellness company to identify a Senior Manager, Social Media to lead its social presence and community across platforms.

This is a hands-on role for a social media leader who can combine creative storytelling with commercial impact. You’ll own organic social strategy, content creation, community management, creator partnerships, and paid social—connecting social performance to customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

What You’ll Do

Social Strategy & Content

\n
• Own organic social strategy, channel priorities, and content calendar
\n
• Shoot, edit, and publish engaging, mobile-first content
\n
• Identify trends and optimize formats, creative, and messaging based on performance
\n
• Adapt content across social channels, paid media, email, and the website
\n

Community Management

\n
• Manage comments, DMs, mentions, and customer conversations
\n
• Build meaningful engagement across social platforms and online communities
\n
• Bring customer feedback, questions, and insights back to internal teams
\n

Creator & Influencer Partnerships

\n
• Source, negotiate with, and manage creators, influencers, and affiliates
\n
• Build a consistent pipeline of authentic content for organic and paid use
\n
• Manage budgets, deliverables, usage rights, and performance
\n
• Ensure partnerships and content meet applicable compliance requirements
\n

Paid Social & Performance

\n
• Manage paid social campaigns, including Meta
\n
• Turn high-performing organic and creator content into paid creative opportunities
\n
• Test audiences, offers, and creative to improve acquisition efficiency
\n
• Partner with the DTC team to optimize landing pages and conversion
\n

Analytics & Reporting

\n
• Track audience growth, engagement, reach, content performance, and attributed revenue
\n
• Monitor paid social performance, including CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CPM
\n
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and continuous improvements
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• 5–7+ years of social media, content, or brand marketing experience for a consumer brand
\n
• Proven ownership of social strategy, content, and measurable results
\n
• Hands-on ability to shoot and edit short-form video and still photography
\n
• Paid social experience, including Meta Ads Manager and budget accountability
\n
• Experience managing creator, influencer, affiliate, or UGC programs
\n
• Strong community management judgment and excellent communication skills
\n
• Analytical mindset with the ability to connect social activity to business results
\n
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
\n

Experience in supplements, consumer health, wellness, beauty, or food and beverage is a plus. Familiarity with compliance requirements for health-related marketing is also valuable.

You’re both a creative content producer and a commercially minded social media strategist . You know how to make content people want to watch, build an engaged community, and use performance data to determine what works. You’re comfortable moving quickly, creating content yourself, and taking ownership from strategy through execution.
