Sales Support Specialist

We’re looking for a happy and hungry Sales Support team member to join our award-winning Internet Marketing Agency! This position can be full-time or part-time and based in-office in Orem, Utah. This Sales Support role will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, taking sales calls, responding to emails, following up on leads, scheduling calls and demos, and helping prospective clients understand how Lemonade Stand can help their business grow. You’ll also help keep our CRM up to date, prepare quotes and proposals, and make sure these potential clients feel important and cared for. The ideal candidate loves our core values and is a confident communicator with a friendly attitude and a drive to always keep learning. No previous sales experience required, just a positive and upbeat attitude, a willingness to learn our services, and the hustle to follow up and follow through. You’ll work closely with our marketing and account management teams to make sure every lead has an unforgettable experience with Lemonade Stand. Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable on the phone and over email Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine interest in helping people Highly organized and able to juggle multiple conversations and follow-ups at once Comfortable learning and explaining digital marketing services to prospective clients Experience or interest in outbound follow-up, lead nurturing, and basic proposal prep Takes ownership of projects, stays accountable, and is excited to learn and grow Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM tools, spreadsheets) Align with our core values ( ) Additional Qualifications (not required but nice to have) Prior experience in customer success or sales Interest and experience in digital marketing or agency work Familiarity with CRM or ticketing software Experience handling inbound and outbound calls or live chat Who Is Lemonade Stand? Compensation: $60,000-$70,000/yr (DOE) + Bonus + performance goals to increase base pay.
