Sales Operations Specialist

1Plan is seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist to support and scale our growing services business. This is a hands‑on, "Swiss Army knife" role responsible for driving sales enablement, sales operations, partner engagement, and program execution across our services portfolio. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, builds strong relationships, and excels at turning ideas into action.

JOB DUTIES:

Lead sales operations and sales enablement initiatives for the 1Plan services organization. Manage relationships with buying groups, strategic partners, industry partners, channel partners, and internal stakeholders. Administer and manage services sales incentive and compensation programs. Partner with Marketing to develop sales playbooks, training materials, presentations, and other enablement content. Design and optimize sales processes, partner onboarding programs, and lifecycle management workflows. Support channel recruitment, enablement, training, and growth initiatives. Track program performance, maintain reporting, and identify opportunities to improve sales productivity. Provide general sales administration and project management support across the organization.

YOU MUST HAVE:

2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Operations, Channel Management, Project Management, or a related field. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working cross‑functionally. Proactive, adaptable, and highly accountable. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools preferred.
