Job Overview Department: Davie Medical Center – Critical Care: Emergency Room. Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Davie Emergency Dept. Status: Full time. Work hours: 36 per week. Schedule: Nights 7 p.m. – 7 a.m., every third weekend. Pay range: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour. Benefits eligible: Yes. A sign‑on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign‑on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months. Location Davie Medical Center ED is a 23‑bed community hospital emergency department located in Bermuda Run, NC, serving the local county and surrounding areas 24/7. The department is equipped with diagnostic imaging (X‑ray, CT, US, MRI) and laboratory studies, and stabilizes patients for transfer to tertiary centers when necessary. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire. Preferred: 2 years of emergency department experience. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures. Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassion, skillful communication, and leadership to create a safe patient environment and enhance the overall patient experience across the continuum.
