Essential Functions & Responsibilities Maintenance Manager As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for establishing a world‑class maintenance function to improve facility operations efficiency. Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times Utilize leadership skills to promote a safe and collaborative work environment for all team members Oversee housekeeping activities for the shop, ensuring organization and promoting excellence Implement spare parts organization and a robust spare parts tracking system Partner with the maintenance team to ensure the appropriate mechanical and electrical skill sets are developed or acquired Develop improvement processes to reduce cost and improve plant operating efficiency Maintain cost control to support facility and organizational goals Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization Education Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering (required) Experience 10+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience (required) 5+ years of maintenance supervision experience (required) Experience utilizing CMMS (required) Experience with reliability excellence and preventative/predictive systems (required) Lean experience (preferred) BMS experience (preferred) DCS/PLC knowledge (preferred) Benefits, Compensation & Workforce Diversity Arcwood offers competitive pay and bonus incentives.
