Job Summary/Company : 

Sparks Group is seeking a Sr. Oracle Fusion Business Analyst to support a technology services company’s internal project management and services delivery operations. This role will serve as a functional lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM, improving project financial processes, configuring applications, and partnering with internal business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, and ongoing support for Oracle Fusion PPM across project costing, billing, contracts, financial management, and resource management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and technical teams to improve business processes and support integrations with Financials, HCM, Time and Labor, Payroll, CRM, and reporting systems.
• Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, testing, UAT, documentation, and user training while supporting data quality and resolving functional issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Finance, or a related field, and 5+ years supporting Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS in a project-based or professional services environment.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM experience, including configuration and functional support, with strong knowledge of project setup, labor collection, costing, billing, revenue, and reconciliation.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions; federal government contracting industry experience and Oracle EBS Projects-to-Fusion PPM transformation experience preferred.

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Salary $145,000.00 to $155,000.00
