Billing Specialist

Location: Plano, Texas

Schedule: Hybrid Schedule

Compensation: $29-31/hr

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Job Responsibilities

• Manage AIA Billing process; utilizing customer portals
• Reconcile AR invoices, customer accounts, and contract terms
• Handle billing duties, creating invoices, and review and work with liens and bonds

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience handling AIA Billing required
• Excel pivot tables and v-look up experience required
• Construction industry experience preferred
