Talent Acquisition Specialist

Broad Management Group is seeking an experienced, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of four years of full-cycle recruiting experience to join our growing HR team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our corporate office in Montvale, New Jersey.

This is a recruiting-focused position responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring strong talent across our multi-state property management portfolio and corporate office.

The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who knows how to source talent, manage multiple open positions, build strong candidate pipelines, and move the hiring process forward with a sense of urgency. Previous recruiting experience within property management, multifamily real estate, or a related industry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage  full-cycle recruiting for a variety of property-level and corporate positions, from initial sourcing through offer and pre-hire coordination
• Proactively   source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring  needs
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess experience, qualifications, compensation expectations, and overall fit
• Present  qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide appropriate background      and screening information
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-up throughout the interview process
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process to provide a professional and positive candidate experience
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously and ensure positions continue moving through the recruitment process
• Prepare and coordinate offer-related information and assist with pre-employment requirements and onboarding handoff
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, interview notes, and hiring status within the ATS/HRIS
• Track open positions, candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and recruiting follow-ups
• Assist with job postings and ensure postings remain accurate, current, and aligned with hiring needs
• Participate in recruiting initiatives, career outreach, referral efforts, and other talent acquisition projects as needed
• Work collaboratively with the HR team to support an efficient transition from candidate to new hire

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
• Experience recruiting within property management, multifamily real estate, or a      related industry strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced recruiting      environment
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage both active and passive candidates
• Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize competing hiring needs and work with a strong sense of urgency
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems; Paylocity experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
