- Handle Comprehensive Recruitment Processes from the moment of intake to placement.
- Serve as a Trusted Client Partner, gaining insight into their unique hiring requirements, challenges, and corporate culture.
- Engage in Strategic Sourcing through our proprietary systems, along with leveraging your own connections and utilizing tools within our innovative communication platform.
- Utilize Our Advanced Platform to organize candidate management, monitor outreach, automate follow-up actions, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that not only generate enduring value for our clients but also yield substantial commissions for you.
- Contribute to Thought Leadership in our industry as we elevate our brand-and your own.

- 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales

- Comfortable with ATS/CRM platforms (training provided for our system)
