Boutique Manager: Lead Team, Elevate Client Experience

Summary The Boutique Manager at Givenchy's Livermore Outlet will lead and develop the boutique team to achieve sales and profitability targets while delivering exceptional, personalized client experiences. This role combines sales leadership, team coaching, and community engagement to deepen client relationships and drive lifetime loyalty. The manager will oversee daily store operations and represent the brand locally. Responsibilities Lead and mentor the boutique team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans. Drive client development and lifetime loyalty through personalized service and omnichannel engagement. Hire, train, and develop talent, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Build community relationships and partnerships to generate new business opportunities. Ensure outstanding in-store hospitality, client experience, and execution of the selling ceremony. Requirements 5-10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience, including 5-10 years of management experience. Bachelor's degree preferred and strong presentation and communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony tools (e.g., Zoom).
