What You Bring:
- Active BCBA certification and relevant licensure
- Proven experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents
- Ability to assess behavioral needs, design interventions, and oversee behavioral support plans
- Effective communication skills, capable of guiding and training teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
- Adaptability and organizational talent to manage variable caseload-related hours
- Comfort conducting duties fully onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, counselors, and administrators
- Provide ongoing training and consultation to school personnel and families
- Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments
- Attend meetings, contribute to IEP development, and participate in intervention reviews
- Maintain all professional and ethical standards in practice
