Lawn Care Technician

Grassperson is an award winning, full service landscape company in Lewisville, TX and we are looking for experienced Lawn Care Technicians. We are growing fast and we offer great long‑term opportunities for the right candidates. The ideal candidates will possess a working knowledge of chemical fertilizer application and outdoor pest control. You will be responsible for servicing customer lawns on your route as you apply fertilizer, treat weeds, and perform other professional applications while ensuring outstanding customer service. Must have a valid Texas Driver License with a clean driving record, be able to lift 50 lbs., like to work outdoors and be able to meet company performance standards. Fun, stable, year-round work environment Industry & Company Training Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour – Depending On Experience Responsibilities and Duties Complete fertilization and weed control applications Ornamental tree and shrub treatments Willing to work in varying weather conditions Communicate with customers daily Utilize CRM system to update customer records Safe utilization of all company equipment including trucks, spreaders, sprayers Qualifications Valid Texas Driver License & Clean Driving Record 2+ years of relevant lawn care and/or landscape experience Basic knowledge of plants, grasses, and weeds Communicate effectively with clients Must be able to operate a mid‑size truck, and learn to operate motorized equipment Work effectively with office personnel and team members Punctual, self‑motivated, and able to complete tasks without immediate supervision Background Checks are a requirement for employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Grassperson
