Senior Advisor, Finance and Compliance - Atlanta, GA (Remote)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Advise on optimizing compliance monitoring tools and processes
- Provide technical assistance on fund forecasting and resource distribution
- Assist in designing and strengthening internal control processes
- Guide audit preparation, including documentation and controls
- Review program requirements and recommend process improvements
Required Skills:
- Experience with CDC-specific audit and compliance processes
- Understanding of Department of State audit and reporting requirements
- Experience with CDC financial systems (RMS)
- Program planning and projections for CDC cooperative agreements
Preferred Skills:
- 10 years managing budgets or cooperative agreements at CDC
- Financial reporting for PEPFAR program implementers
Expected Deliverables:
- SOPs for CAN reconciliation, fiscal planning, program oversight, audit preparation, and compliance monitoring
Education:
- Bachelor's degree
