The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on Management Consulta nt who enjoys solving complex problems. This is a core role at the fi rm, offering significant exposure to clients, rapid professional development, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to high-impact airport and aviation initiatives.

You’ll work closely with senior consultants and clients, turning insights into action and helping deliver solutions that drive real-world results.

What You’ll Do As a Management Consultant ,

• Capture, refine, and synthesize insights from stakeholder interviews, workshops, and client meetings
• Translate complex information into evolving concepts of operations and clear recommendations
• Support the development of high-quality client deliverables, including research, data analysis, reports, and executive-ready presentations
• Contribute to the design and implementation of strategies for airport and aviation projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high standard
• Help plan and facilitate client workshops, documenting outcomes and next steps
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation
• Create polished slides and materials for client presentations and internal reporting
• Support proposal development and client-facing communications
• Assist with project coordination, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
• Provide clear updates on project progress, risks, and next steps
• Proactively manage expectations, resolve issues, and help maintain strong client relationships
• Stay current on aviation industry trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously add value

What We’re Looking

For:You’ll be a great fit if you bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguity and generate actionable insights
• Excellent critical thinking skills and a structured approach to complex challenges
• Passion to learn new domains, technologies, and organizational contexts
• Strong storytelling skills—able to turn analysis into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Familiarity with data analysis and project management tools is a plus
• A sense of ownership, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn and grow
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
• Current residence in the Chicago area with legal authorization to work
• Willingness to travel up to 80%
