Sr. Product & Customer Insights Manager, Customer Experience and Business Trends

Amazon is looking for a Sr. Product & Customer Insights Manager to join our Customer Experience and Business Trends team. Our team’s mission is to deeply understand and improve customer experiences globally. As a Sr. Product & Customer Insights manager on the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our selling partners' experience. The right candidate will have a passion for understanding the competitive landscape, assessing the end to end experience of selling partners, and building strong partnership across business teams to drive changes. You have a strong foundation in research and analytics, and the ability to understand the business context behind the data while continuously striving to identify actionable insights. You use strong curiosity and creativity to innovate new methodologies and mechanisms to better understand selling partners, while demonstrating strong sense of urgency and commitment. You will make recommendations to senior leaders, and partner with business leaders in developing business actions that directly impact our selling partners.Key job responsibilities- Discover, track, and evaluate global industry trends- Translate complex business problems into analysis requirements and create hypotheses.- Own and execute large and complex studies end to end, including scope alignment with business leaders, methodology design, data collection and analysis, recommendations and presenting results to senior leaders- Work with business leaders and their teams to drive growth, process, and cost efficiency improvements through study results- Create and contribute to team roadmap by synthesizing business priorities, selling partner needs, and industry trends. - Contribute to a team culture of experimentation and innovationAbout the teamCustomer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is an organization made up of a diverse suite of functions dedicated to deeply understanding and improving customer experience, globally. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
