Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients through regular communication and consistent support.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ mental health status and needs, tailoring interventions accordingly.

• Design and implement integrated care plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients, ensuring coordination of care among various providers.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions while employing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process and adjust care strategies as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.

• Comply with all ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Engage in continuous education and training to remain updated on best practices in mental health care, assessment, and treatment methodologies.

• Utilize telehealth technologies effectively to reach clients and provide real-time support, demonstrating adaptability to various communication styles and preferences.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes within electronic health records (EHR).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients facing a range of mental health issues, particularly those related to substance use disorders. In the detox center environment, professionals will focus on empowering clients through their recovery process, addressing co-occurring disorders, and providing empathetic support tailored to meet each individual’s unique cultural, social, and emotional needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in mental health or substance use services.

• Strong proficiency in conducting comprehensive risk assessments, crisis management, and developing effective treatment strategies.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to convey complex information effectively to clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
