Job Type Full‑time Job Summary We are seeking a high‑energy, “hungry,” and results‑driven Senior Business Development Representative to join a rapidly scaling global staffing agency. In this role, you will be the engine of the sales pipeline, connecting innovative startups and scale‑ups with world‑class engineering talent. This is an offshore position operating on a strict EST schedule, designed for a proactive prospector who thrives in a high‑volume outbound environment. If you are a cold‑calling expert with a passion for the tech ecosystem, this is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast‑growing company’s expansion. Key Responsibilities Research and identify high‑growth companies Prospect into Engineering, Talent Acquisition, HR and Executive leadership teams Build and maintain high‑quality outbound prospect lists using advanced sourcing tools Execute multi‑channel personalized outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling Utilize parallel dialers to maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls Qualify prospects, uncover specific technical hiring needs, and book meetings for the Account Executive team Maintain meticulous CRM records and track all activity to ensure data integrity Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize messaging and targeting strategies based on real‑time market feedback Requirements Proven experience in a high‑volume cold calling and outbound sales environment Hands‑on experience using parallel dialers to scale outreach Demonstrated success in lead sourcing and LinkedIn outreach Strong pipeline management skills and a background in SaaS or the Tech industry Active and professional LinkedIn presence A competitive, “hunter” mindset with a focus on exceeding KPIs Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate objections and engage executive‑level stakeholders Nice‑to‑Haves Experience in B2B sales or the recruitment/staffing industry Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or Outreach Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Native or near‑native English proficiency Benefits Fully remote work environment Competitive compensation package Rapid career growth opportunities in a scaling company Long‑term stability within a global team Performance‑based incentives (planned and upcoming) Exposure to cutting‑edge sales technology and AI tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Huzzle.com
