• Customer Success: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to understand and address the needs of students effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: You pick up new tools quickly and enjoy finding ways to automate and improve processes. Familiarity with tools like zapier and CRMs is a plus. 
• Detail-Oriented: You can balance the big picture with the small details, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Growth-Oriented: You’re eager to develop new skills and grow with the company.
• Clear Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
