You'll have the opportunity to build scalable processes, leverage automation and AI, and make a direct impact as the platform continues to grow.ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end fund operations across a large and growing fund platform Process capital calls, distributions, wires, and cash activity Manage bank reconciliations and monitor fund cash flows Support lines of credit, including advances, repayments, and reconciliations Track and reconcile fund fees, expenses, and carried interest accruals Partner with fund administrators, custodians, banks, and internal teams to resolve breaks Support advisors and investors with operational inquiries Build more scalable, automated workflows as the platform grows For fastest consideration, reach out to Michelle Espejo via email or LinkedIn.
