Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Doubletree by Hilton - Niagara Falls, NY 14303 Position Type: Part Time Education Level: High School Or Equivalent Salary Range: $16.00 - $19.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Any Job Category: Hospitality - Hotel The Housemen Team Members support the Housekeeping Department by maintaining cleanliness in public areas, assisting Housekeepers, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests. Responsibilities Maintain public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms. Use proper chemicals and equipment according to hotel and OSHA standards. Support room attendants by removing trash, collecting linens, and delivering supplies. Clean furniture and fixtures, including dusting, polishing, and repositioning items. Maintain storage areas and keep carts stocked and organized. Report maintenance issues and turn in lost‑and‑found items. Assist with setups for meeting rooms and special requests. Ensure safety and security of hotel property and guest areas. Ad hoc tasks assigned as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, and extended walking. Basic literacy to read labels and follow instructions. Previous guest relations training preferred. Physical Requirements Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and use of cleaning equipment. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. Schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays. Salary Range $16 – $19/hour, based on work experience.
