Electro-Mechanical Assembler

SeeScan is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our camera assembly team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Compensation This position pays $20/hour or more , depending on qualifications. In this position, you will Assemble electronic and mechanical components using small- and large-scale tools such as tweezers, pliers, and torque wrenches Work with a microscope to inspect parts for debris and for assemblage of precision-critical parts Solder parts and assemblies as required Work within a team to assemble smaller components as part of a larger assembly Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions Perform in-process quality checks on assembly Perform rework and repairs as needed Perform other related duties as assigned, including maintenance of work area and equipment Background and experience Experience assembling electronic, structural, and mechanical subassemblies in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with basic hand tools (manual and powered) Knowledge of QA protocols for assembly workers Able to read and interpret engineering drawings Able to read a Bill of Materials and identify required parts About you Comfortable working in an industrial/warehouse environment with background noise, safety process requirements, and dynamic communication Excellent attention to detail when working with small and precise components Patient and methodical approach to repetitive close-tolerance assembly work About SeeScan Beneath the ground and below the water’s surface is a world out of sight.
