Radiologic Technologist – Diagnostic Radiologic Tech
York, Maine, United States
Start Date: August 17, 2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly pay: $1,576 per week to $1,682 per week
Guaranteed Hours: 38.0
Shift: 4x10 Rotating
Setting: Travel assignment in a hospital environment with coverage across multiple locations, including the main campus and several walk-in facilities. CT services are available at the York campus and Wells location; all locations may require coverage as needed.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiologic examinations (including CT when trained) and ensure high-quality imaging studies.
- Prepare and position patients, explain procedures, and enforce safety and infection control protocols for staff and patients.
- Operate radiology equipment (X-ray, fluoroscopy, C-arm, portable radiography) and perform basic QA checks on imaging equipment.
- Assist with patient registrations and related clerical tasks as needed to support walk-in teams.
- Accurately document patient information, enter exam data, and communicate findings with radiologists and the care team.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work day, evening, overnight shifts (if CT trained), and weekends; willing to travel among York and surrounding facilities as needed.

Requirements
- ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist
- Maine RT Licensure
- BLS Certification
- 2+ years of solid hospital imaging experience (preferred)
- CT training preferred
- Ability to work at multiple locations (York main campus and seven walk-in facilities) and adapt to variable shifts and weekend rotations
