Go-To-Market & Business Development Associate

ESU - Excellent Sources Unlimited

The Go-To-Market & Business Development Associate will help plan and execute product launches from start to finish. This may include coordinating website updates, app launch steps, landing pages, customer/vendor outreach, launch checklists, event booths, printed materials, field marketing, email campaigns, CRM updates, partner communication, and post-launch follow-up. The right person is not just creative — they are an executor. They can help turn a business idea into a real launch plan, coordinate the moving pieces, follow up with people, track progress, and make sure the company is visible in the right places. Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: Support full product and service launch plans from concept to execution. Build and manage launch checklists, timelines, task trackers, and follow-up lists. Coordinate website updates, landing pages, app-related launch steps, and digital assets. Work with designers, developers, vendors, contractors, printers, agencies, or internal team members to get launch materials completed. Help prepare product descriptions, service pages, FAQs, sales sheets, pitch materials, flyers, booth materials, and customer-facing collateral. Coordinate in-person marketing activities such as booths, pop-ups, trade shows, community events, site visits, demos, and local activations. Research and contact potential vendors, partners, referral sources, distributors, customers, or business prospects. Conduct outbound outreach by email, phone, LinkedIn, or other channels. Maintain CRM, lead lists, vendor lists, partner trackers, and campaign follow-up records. Help schedule meetings, demos, vendor calls, partnership discussions, and launch-related appointments. Support business development efforts by preparing briefing notes, contact lists, outreach templates, and meeting follow-ups. Track campaign performance, outreach activity, leads generated, partnerships opened, meetings booked, and conversion activity. Coordinate email campaigns, announcements, launch communications, and customer updates. Assist with basic market research, competitor research, pricing research, and customer feedback collection. Help identify opportunities to grow awareness, sales, distribution, partnerships, and customer adoption. Support social media and content only as one part of a broader go-to-market strategy. Document launch processes so future launches become faster and more organized. Ideal Candidate You may be a strong fit if you are: Hands-on and execution-oriented. Comfortable helping launch new products, services, campaigns, or locations. Strong at follow-up and keeping people/tasks organized. Comfortable reaching out to vendors, partners, prospects, or customers. Able to coordinate across marketing, sales, operations, product, and vendors. Good at turning ideas into checklists, timelines, and completed tasks. Comfortable with both digital and in-person marketing activities. Organized enough to manage many moving pieces at once. Commercially minded — you understand that marketing should help create leads, sales, partnerships, and adoption. Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to figure things out. Not afraid to pick up the phone, visit a vendor, staff a booth, coordinate a launch, or chase down missing information. Qualifications 1–4+ years of experience in marketing, business development, go-to-market, partnerships, events, field marketing, sales support, operations, product launches, startup operations, or a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM systems, task trackers, email tools, and basic marketing platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, contacts, and follow-ups. Comfortable working with vendors, partners, customers, and internal team members. Strong attention to detail and ability to execute without constant supervision. Nice To Have Experience with product launches, app launches, website launches, service launches, or location launches. Experience with outbound sales, vendor outreach, partnerships, or referral development. Experience coordinating booths, trade shows, events, pop-ups, demos, or field marketing. Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Airtable, Trello, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Canva, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, Google Analytics, or similar tools. Experience creating sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, flyers, landing pages, email campaigns, or launch materials. Experience in real estate, e-commerce, retail, logistics, hospitality, construction, local services, professional services, technology, or startups. Basic design, copywriting, or content creation ability. Spanish or other language skills, depending on your market. Valid driver’s license or ability to attend local events, vendor meetings, or field activations, if the role is local. What Success Looks Like A successful person in this role will help us: Launch products and services on time. Keep launch tasks organized and moving. Build vendor, partner, and customer pipelines. Create useful marketing and sales materials. Improve our web/app/customer-facing launch experience. Generate leads, meetings, partnerships, and opportunities. Execute in-person activities like booths, demos, visits, events, and local outreach. Follow up consistently so opportunities do not fall through the cracks.
