Web Lead

This Web Lead will serve as the technical lead for all web product initiatives, helping drive technical direction, scoping, and architecture across customer and supplier portals. This is not a people manager, but a true playercoach / lead engineer who is deeply handson while guiding a growing web team.

Leads 5-6 Web Developers
Oversees 2 primary web projects
Works closely with:
Scrum Masters
Business Systems Analysts
Service Developers
QA Teams

DaytoDay Responsibilities

Act as a handson senior developer while serving as the web technical lead
Scope and design technical solutions
Drive architectural and technical decisionmaking
Build and maintain customer & supplier web portals
Collaborate crossfunctionally to deliver highquality web products
Coach and support developers through best practices and technical guidance
