Lead Print Manager - Flexo Wide-Web & Process Improvement

A leading packaging company in Plymouth, Minnesota, is seeking a Print Manager to lead their wide web flexographic printing operations. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of flexographic printing experience, including 3 years in a managerial role, and will excel in leadership and process improvement. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, enforcing quality standards, and mentoring a skilled team. A bachelor's degree is required, and familiarity with lean manufacturing is preferred.
