We are investing in significant capital expansions to grow our operations and supply chain and transforming how we work at every level to become agile, accelerate growth, and elevate quality. Main Purpose Of Job This position leads the site and drives activities to improve performance in the critical areas of HSE, Quality, Production, and Cost. The Manufacturing Manager works directly with the Factory Manager and plant leadership team to develop, analyze, and achieve plant goals and objectives. Role And Activity Establishes operational objectives and assignments with site leadership team and Business Unit Managers. Analyzes data, trends, resources, and internal forecasts to lead development of manufacturing strategic planning in support of overall site goals and objectives. Develops and manages annual operations budget. Manages and oversees the production/operations managerial team. Monitors and evaluates manufacturing effectiveness and effects changes using continuous improvement management philosophy. Responsible for developing people, improving processes, and reducing costs. Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Strong leadership and communication skills. Minimum five years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, or similar). Ability to manage shift operations and coordinate production activities. Excellent interpersonal communication, math, and problem‑solving skills. Five‑year related experience preferred. Work Environment The position involves frequent exposure to nuts and other potential allergens. Pay Range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year.
