Posted Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 4:00 AM Industrial Maintenance Technician Summary Mullican Flooring, a member of the Baillie Group, is hiring for an Industrial Maintenance Technician at their Holland, NY location. This is a full time opportunity working for a hardwood flooring manufacturer. Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Conducts, maintains, tests, repairs mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components. Applies knowledge of mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation. Provides skilled mechanical support to all areas of manufacturing. Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic including but not limited to sprockets, chains, bearings, gearboxes, some electrical, and forklifts. Other duties/responsibilities may be assigned. Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications: Any welding or mechanical work is a plus. Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel whether individually or in a team environment, and especially must be able to interface and communicate with line operators in order to assist with repairs and troubleshooting. Industrial Maintenance Technician Pay and Benefits: Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $18 - $25/hour* Full Time Hours Overtime Hours and Pay Full Plan of Benefits * The advertised pay range represents what Wagner Lumber Co. believes and anticipates paying for this position.
