Milkshake Factory is looking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to help keep our shop clean, organized, and running smoothly. This behind-the-scenes role is key to delivering the fun, fast, and high-quality experience our guests love. If you take pride in cleanliness and enjoy working in a team-focused, fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, cups, utensils, and equipment used for milkshakes and desserts
- Keep dish area, sinks, and back-of-house spaces clean and organized
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock clean dishes and supplies for team members as needed
- Take out trash and keep disposal areas clean and maintained
- Assist team with light cleaning and support tasks during busy times
- Help maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours
- No experience required—training provided
- Strong work ethic and willingness to help the team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warm, wet, and fast-paced kitchen environment
