Senior Sourcing Manager (Hybrid)

Stryker seeks a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier performance for the Endoscopy business unit. This hybrid role in San Jose combines cross-functional partnership with procurement team leadership to drive cost optimization, quality excellence, and supply chain resilience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic advisor to business unit leadership on sourcing strategies and supplier performance management
- Drive sourcing initiatives delivering competitive outcomes in cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability
- Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, finance, and operations to align supplier strategies with business goals
- Lead and develop onsite procurement team overseeing sourcing activities and supplier relationship management
- Identify industry trends and evolve sourcing roadmaps to maintain competitive advantage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply management, business, finance, engineering, or related field
- 10+ years supply management experience with focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development
- Financial acumen in budgeting, modeling, and ROI analysis
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and cost reduction methodologies
- Strong supplier risk assessment and mitigation experience
- Demonstrated negotiation skills for commercial and quality agreements
- 20-30% travel including international travel
Compensation: $153,400 - $255,700 USD Annual
