Job Description The role requires thorough applied technical knowledge of advanced concepts and technologies related to dispatching across multiple accounts, sectors, and technologies. Candidates must have prior experience and working knowledge of system administration on 2-3 specific customer accounts within supported technologies. Good analytical and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of queuing theory. Familiarity with handling supported technologies is required. The candidate should be aware of pool workload and prioritize assignments accordingly. Certification in relevant technology disciplines is highly preferred. The role involves coordinating and communicating activities, exchanging information, concepts, and concerns with other dispatchers in the delivery center. Monitoring and reporting on team KPIs, analyzing incoming work to optimize execution, and reviewing metrics to identify trends and recommend operational improvements are also key responsibilities.
