Compensation & Benefits: Compensation and Schedule: This is an entry-level position with a starting pay of $12/hr plus commission and bonuses which you’ll earn through making appointments, various service add ons, and parts in. What We’re Looking For: We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work to help the people in Acadiana keep their cars on the road. You’ll be expected to do the following in this role: Greet and guide clients over the phone for our service department. Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations. Ability to ask questions to better understand customer’s vehicle concerns Assist clients and service advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a service expert. Know the ins and the outs of current service offers.
