This role will support executive communications, employee communications, company-wide initiatives, and key organizational announcements. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, a detail-oriented project manager, and a collaborative partner who enjoys turning complex information into clear, actionable communication.You'll work closely with leaders across the company to help deliver messages that matter. From executive announcements and employee campaigns to major company initiatives and enterprise communications planning, you'll play an important role in how information flows across the organization.Movement is not your average mortgage company. connected, we'd love to meet you.What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related fieldBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Public Relations, or a related field preferredExperience supporting internal communications, executive communications, employee engagement initiatives, or corporate communications programs preferredFinancial services, mortgage, banking, or other highly regulated industry experience preferredExceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyAbility to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with leaders and stakeholders across the organizationStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, high-quality workExperience using content management systems, intranet platforms, collaborative environmentResponsibilitiesInternal CommunicationsSupport the planning, development, and execution of employee communication strategies and initiativesHelp create and distribute company-wide communications, announcements, employee updates, newsletters, and organizational messagingAssist with the development and maintenance of enterprise communication calendars and communication plansPartner with departments across the organization to identify communication needs and develop effective messaging strategiesHelp ensure communications are timely, accurate, consistent, and aligned with company prioritiesExecutive CommunicationsSupport executive leadership with communication needs, including employee messages, announcements, presentations, talking points, and strategic initiativesDraft, edit, and proofread communications on behalf of leaders across the organizationHelp translate complex business topics into clear, engaging communication for employee for major company initiatives and organizational projectsAs appropriate, serve as an event emcee, moderator, presenter, or on-camera host for employee-facing events and communicationsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a related field preferred2-3+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, employee engagement, marketing communications, or a related fieldExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and communication channelsStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to collaborate effectively with executives, department leaders, and cross-functional stakeholdersHighly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, polished, and professional communicationsAbility to translate complex business initiatives and organizational updates into clear, engaging employee communicationsExperience developing
