Your clinical experience transfers.

At Columbiana, you'll administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, communicate with providers, supervise CNAs, coordinate care, and use your nursing judgment throughout your shift.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
• Perform nursing procedures within the LPN scope of practice
• Communicate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Supervise, mentor, and support CNAs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents and families
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a nursing team
• Hospital, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience preferred
• LPNs interested in making a change from a larger healthcare environment are encouraged to apply
