Customer Service Representative

Hours: Shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM (8-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break) About the Role We’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping people and delivering premium service. In this role, you’ll support customers of a well-established luxury brand, ensuring every interaction is smooth, helpful, and memorable. What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional customer support via phone in a professional and friendly manner Assist customers with inquiries related to high-end luxury products Accurately document and manage interactions using CRM systems Collaborate with team members via Slack and Google Workspace Focus on problem-solving and creating a positive customer experience What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills (written and verbal English) A genuine passion for customer service and helping others Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM tools, Slack, or Google Workspace is a plus Why Join Us?
